Currently, he has the distinct pleasure of serving as the Head of Customer Engineering at Google Cloud. His core mission is to drive unparalleled customer success, foster substantial growth for Google Cloud, and meticulously shape the technical go-to-market strategy. This involves a comprehensive set of responsibilities, from providing thought leadership on complex cloud transformations and industry trends to engaging directly with C-level executives and key stakeholders. He is responsible for defining and managing technical resource allocation across complex enterprise opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize team performance, and forecasting resource requirements to demonstrate tangible business impact.

A significant part of his role involves leading, inspiring, and scaling a high-performing team of Customer Engineers. He is deeply passionate about fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within his team. This includes actively recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top-tier technical talent, with a strong focus on building diverse and inclusive engineering teams. He implements robust coaching, mentorship, and performance management programs to ensure the professional growth and success of his team. Furthermore, he drives skill development initiatives across the team to maintain technical proficiency in cutting-edge areas like AI/ML, data analytics, infrastructure, and security. He also engages directly with enterprise prospects and customers on complex architectural discussions, oversees the development of compelling demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, and acts as a trusted technical advisor, guiding them through their cloud transformation journeys. His role also demands close collaboration with sales, product, engineering, and support teams to influence product roadmaps, resolve customer issues, and ensure seamless customer experiences. He frequently represents Google Cloud at industry conferences, events, and customer executive briefings, acting as an advocate for the platform.

His educational background laid a strong foundation for this career, starting with a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University. He further deepened his expertise by earning a Masters in Information Technology from Virginia Tech, ensuring he stayed at the forefront of technological advancements.
