Louay Homsi is a fintech and tax strategy expert with over a decade of experience leading innovation at the intersection of financial technology, tax compliance, and economic consulting. As Founder and CEO of Voyage Tax Consulting LLC in Loudoun County, Virginia, he provides integrated fintech-enabled tax, accounting, and CFO services to individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses in the United States—and is expanding these services into emerging markets like Syria.

Louay’s professional journey includes leadership roles at major financial institutions such as Bank of America, PNC, Arab Bank–Syria, and Albaraka Bank–Syria. His experience spans banking innovation, compliance, digital transformation, and financial infrastructure development.

Louay holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA), and the Virginia Society of Enrolled Agents (VASEA).

Louay is also passionate about modern, transparent tax policy and digital public finance. He works to advance tax reform in the U.S. and abroad. Internationally, he supports economic reconstruction as a founding member of the Syrian Economic Forum for Development, officially recognized by the Syrian Ministry of Economy and Commerce. He is also part of the Syrian American Alliance for Peace and Prosperity, contributing to initiatives that promote financial stability and build a new Syria.
